Before You Call – Common Appliance Repair Questions

• 1. How much does appliance repair cost?

  The service call is $110, and it covers the visit and diagnosis. This fee is for finding the real problem, not for the repair itself.
  If you approve the repair, the $110 service call is applied toward the repair price. For many common appliance repairs, labor usually starts at our minimum billable labor rate of $220.
  Parts, shipping or pickup cost, and sales tax may be added depending on the brand, model, and failure. Some repairs may cost more depending on access, time, and complexity. Before we start the repair, we explain the price clearly. No hidden upsells.

• 2. Can you estimate the repair by photos and model number?

  In many cases, yes. If you send us the appliance brand, model number, clear photos, and a short description of the problem, we can often give you a rough estimate before the visit.
  This helps us understand the issue, check parts availability, and avoid wasting your time when the repair clearly does not make sense.
  The final price is confirmed after inspection because similar symptoms can have different causes. We do not promise a final repair price from photos only.

• 3. Do you warranty your appliance repairs?

  Yes. We provide a 90-day warranty on the labor and the parts we install.
  The warranty applies to the same issue we repaired and the parts we installed. If the same problem comes back within the warranty period, we will come back and check it under the warranty terms.
  The warranty does not cover unrelated new failures, customer-supplied parts, pre-existing problems, or issues caused by electrical, plumbing, installation, or other conditions outside the appliance itself.

• 4. Where do you provide appliance repair service?

  We serve Clark & Cowlitz Counties and the Portland Metro Area.
  Our main routes include Vancouver, Ridgefield, Camas, Battle Ground, La Center, Washougal, Woodland, Kalama, Kelso, Longview, Portland, and nearby Portland Metro cities.
  For some locations, availability depends on the schedule, route, and the type of appliance repair needed. We do not claim to cover every town in Washington or Oregon.

• 5. Do you service Vancouver, WA?

  Yes. Vancouver, WA is one of our main service cities.
  We provide appliance repair in Vancouver for refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, and other major home appliances.
  If you are in Vancouver and need service, send us the appliance model number and a short description of the problem, and we will let you know the next available appointment.

  In Clark County, WA, outside of Vancouver, we also service Ridgefield, Camas, Battle Ground, La Center, Washougal, Yacolt, and Amboy.

  For longer or less common routes, we may ask for the model number, photos, and issue description first, so we can make sure the visit makes sense.

  In Cowlitz County, WA, we service Woodland, Kalama, Kelso, and Longview.
  For longer routes, we usually confirm the appliance issue, model number, and location before scheduling.

  Yes. We provide appliance repair in Portland, OR.
  Portland appointments are scheduled based on route availability, timing, and the type of appliance repair needed.

  Just send us your city or ZIP code, appliance model number, and a short description of the problem.
  We will check your location against our current route and schedule before booking the appointment.
  If your address is outside our route or the trip does not make sense logistically, we will tell you honestly before scheduling.
