diagnose it quickly, identify the part and give us the total cost in writing; broken down with labor, materials, and tax. He returned the next day with the part and repaired it in a timely manner. He was polite and punctual. We would recommend this company for your appliance repair! We will be using them again in the future when needed.
Rustam arrived with a polite demeanor and quickly got the job done. I felt safe and comfortable.

WHY CUSTOMERS CHOOSE EASYFIX
Before You Call – Common Appliance Repair Questions
What areas do you serve?
EasyFix serves Clark & Cowlitz Counties and the Portland Metro Area. Our regular routes include Vancouver, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, Camas, Washougal, La Center, Yacolt, Amboy, Woodland, Kalama, Kelso, Longview, Portland, Beaverton, Gresham, Happy Valley, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Tigard, Tualatin, West Linn, Wilsonville, and nearby communities depending on schedule, route, and the type of appliance repair needed.
Do you serve Vancouver, WA?
Yes. Vancouver, WA is one of our primary service areas. We regularly provide appliance repair in Vancouver and nearby Clark County communities, including Salmon Creek, Hazel Dell, Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, and Ridgefield.
Do you serve Portland, OR?
Yes. Portland is part of our regular Portland Metro service area. We are based in Washington, but Portland service calls are a normal part of our route structure. We schedule Portland repairs based on real travel time, appliance type, parts availability, and customer availability.
Do you serve Cowlitz County?
Yes. Cowlitz County is part of our regular service area. We serve Longview, Kelso, Kalama, Woodland, and nearby communities through our normal North I-5 route.
How much does appliance repair usually cost?
The service call is $110, and it covers the visit and diagnosis. This fee is for finding the real problem, not for the repair itself.
If you approve the repair, the $110 service call is applied toward the repair price. For many common appliance repairs, labor starts from our minimum billable labor rate of $220.
Most appliance repairs require parts. The final repair price includes labor, OEM parts, shipping when needed, and sales tax.
We explain the full repair price before the work begins, so you know the total before you approve the repair. No hidden upsells. For more detail, see our appliance repair pricing guide.
Can you estimate the repair by photos and model number?
Yes. We provide online repair estimates based on the appliance model number, photos, and a clear description of the problem. This helps save your time and ours.
Some cases still require in-person diagnosis. If we cannot provide an online estimate for your case, we will explain why before scheduling.
Do you warranty your appliance repairs?
Yes. We provide a 90-day parts and labor warranty on completed repairs.
If the same repaired issue comes back or something related to our repair is not working right, we will come back, check it, and take care of it.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair?
Sometimes, depending on the schedule, route, appliance type, and parts availability. We do not make fake same-day promises. If same-day service is realistic, we will say so. If it is better to schedule properly and come prepared, we will tell you that too.
What appliances do you repair?
We repair major home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, stoves, cooktops, and some built-in or high-end appliances when the repair is within our service scope.
Do you use OEM parts?
Yes. By default, we use OEM parts and provide repair estimates based on OEM parts whenever they are available for the appliance model.
If there are any parts-related issues — for example, OEM parts are discontinued, unavailable, delayed, or unusually expensive — we explain that clearly and discuss the options with the customer before moving forward. We do not quietly switch parts or change the repair approach without a conversation.
What if repair is not worth it?
If the repair does not make sense, we will tell you. Our goal is not to push every repair. Sometimes fixing the appliance is the right move. Sometimes replacement is smarter, especially when the appliance has multiple failures, expensive parts, or a history of repeated problems.
