Rustam was very kind, timely, efficient and fast. He diagnosed the issues quickly and explained simply what needed to be repaired. Has the parts at hand and repaired the washer within minutes. Very satisfied with the service. Will be calling them again if any issues arise with any other appliances.
I had a great experience with easy fix. They were able to schedule me in quickly. The technician arrived promptly. The work was done well and no hidden surprises. Cost was reasonable. They do prefer checks for payment, which I get, but others should be prepared for that.
We have a fairly new refrigerator and all of sudden it wasn’t cooling correctly, and certain crisper drawers were freezing food. I knew something was wrong. I googled appliance repair near me. And came across Easy Fix - Appliance Repair. I submitted my issue online to request a scheduling appointment ( and note this was on a Sunday ) and I went about my day and was outside and when I came back to my phone I had a missed call/vm/& text to call back to schedule. ALREADY IMPRESSED. I called her back gave a few more details and she set my appointment up for that Tuesday between 8-10am, she said tech would call when on the way. And they actually did. I cannot express how easy this whole process/repair went. From scheduling to the technician coming out everything went just perfect. And I got a message a day later making sure everything was still working. 100/100 recommend this company. So thanks again ! I will share your info to anyone I know looking for repair and will 100% use you again if I should need service.

Very easy to make appointment. Was able to get someone out to check on my fridge within a day. The issue was quickly and accurately diagnosed. Tech came the following morning with new part and quick installation. I would recommend to anyone needing appliance repair.
EasyFix tecnician, Rustam Netesov did a great job. The motor had burned out on my dishwasher and he was able to diagnose and replace it in the same day. He was friendly, efficient and he also called the next day to follow up. I would highly recommend him for your Appliance repairs.

This company has the most efficient and kind people working for them. Irina will take the utmost care to ensure the best communication about the work that is needed to be done. Irina made me feel as if I were the most important person on the simplest job where I was not even the person paying for it.

Highly recommend EasyFix. We initially called a different company about our stove - they ordered the wrong part, made us wait several weeks, then told us we should just buy a new stove. We called EasyFix for a second opinion and are so glad we did. Our stove was fixed during the first visit! Great communication, reliability, and work. Would use them again.
My oven started overheating and I called EastFix. They had previously fixed my dryer (Thanksgiving week). In both experiences I called EastFix and they were able to get me in their schedule within a day or two. They were fair and reasonable with their pricing. Even when having to order parts for the oven, they were able to finish the repair within 2 days.

Rustam was very polite and professional. He was able to repair my dishwasher and dryer in a couple of hours. He had the parts he needed because they requested the model numbers for the appliances beforehand. I also appreciated the quick response and punctual arrival. I would call them again for appliance repair.
Excellent service and professional job! Highly recommend. We had a Whirlpool fridge that was relatively new and started making loud sounds and the temperature increased in the freezer, making it useless. We contacted EasyFix and they were able to provide service the next morning. The Service Tech Rustam identified the problem quickly and replaced the defrost sensor. Highly recommend this company for appliance repair.
I cannot say that I had a good experience with this company. First, I felt that the charge was exorbitant. My subzero was leaking and while they repaired it but they left off a part of the lighting assembly. I texted them and they denied it. So I sent a pic. Crickets…
Rustam is awesome! I had ordered the wrong parts for him to install on a broken wash machine and he still managed to fix it in an hour or so. He has fixed our dish washer as well. Always reliable and knowledgeable
Rustam and Irina were absolutely awesome to work with! We’ve used other appliance repair companies in the past, and we will be using EasyFix from here on out! We have a $9K built-in GE fridge that’s 8 years old and now GE doesn’t supply parts. Another appliance repair tried to fix, and couldn’t. Told us to buy a new fridge. I refused to, and thankfully found Rustam at EasyFix. Rustam was absolutely determined to help us, and he ended up bypassing our main control board and fixing our broken refrigerator! We are so thankful!!
Showed up on time. I didn't have to wait all day! They give you a time frame and later call you to give a more exact time. Friendly people. The man came in and went right to work. To my surprise, he had the parts with him! Went right to work after he showed me what the problems were. Here and fixed in 1 day! We dried 5 or 6 loads of laundry and the dryer worked perfectly. Don't know how long it will last, but for now, I am happy!
The absolute best! When an appliance fails, and you need it fixed quick, call Easy Fix! They are very responsive, professional, and get the job done for a fair price. We have had an older washing machine repaired and a newer (but out of warranty) refrigerator fixed. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and the technician was knowledgeable and efficient. They even went above and beyond and called for a follow up to make sure my appliances were still working properly.
He explained what the issue to us well, he was respectful. He figured out complex issue and worked diligently taking apart half my refrigerator. The first time we had this issue a couple of years ago we got a different company to look at out refrigerator and he didn’t solve the issue, when this company came he solved after 3 hours and actually fixed the underlying issues. I would recommend this company and worker to everyone.
