We have a fairly new refrigerator and all of sudden it wasn’t cooling correctly, and certain crisper drawers were freezing food. I knew something was wrong. I googled appliance repair near me. And came across Easy Fix - Appliance Repair. I submitted my issue online to request a scheduling appointment ( and note this was on a Sunday ) and I went about my day and was outside and when I came back to my phone I had a missed call/vm/& text to call back to schedule. ALREADY IMPRESSED. I called her back gave a few more details and she set my appointment up for that Tuesday between 8-10am, she said tech would call when on the way. And they actually did. I cannot express how easy this whole process/repair went. From scheduling to the technician coming out everything went just perfect. And I got a message a day later making sure everything was still working. 100/100 recommend this company. So thanks again ! We have a $9K built-in GE fridge that’s 8 years old and now GE doesn’t supply parts. Another appliance repair tried to fix, and couldn’t. Told us to buy a new fridge. I refused to, and thankfully found Rustam at EasyFix. Rustam was absolutely determined to help us, and he ended up bypassing our main control board and fixing our broken refrigerator! Showed up on time. I didn't have to wait all day! They give you a time frame and later call you to give a more exact time. Friendly people. The man came in and went right to work. To my surprise, he had the parts with him! Went right to work after he showed me what the problems were. Here and fixed in 1 day! We dried 5 or 6 loads of laundry and the dryer worked perfectly. Don't know how long it will last, but for now, I am happy!

I called EasyFIX when my 8 year old Whirlpool refrigerator started making noises. I figured it was the compressor getting ready to go out but their technician, Rustam diagnosed it as a freon leak that had caused the condensers to completely frost over. We made an appointment for him to come out the next day and replace the condenser.

We emptied the fridge and unplugged it well before he was scheduled to arrive but when he got there, he told me they didn't have the necessary parts. This can happen but I do think they should have confirmed this before setting the appointment.

Anyway, he came the very next morning and replaced the leaking condenser. The fridge is up and running and all is well. Except for the issue with the parts being out of stock, they were very professional and Rustam seemed very knowledgeable and competent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair.

We enjoy superior service from this company. Repairman ( owner) was on time and knowledgeable. Diagnosed our refrigerator problem on Friday morning. He returned as scheduled on Monday morning at 8 AM with the necessary parts and completed our repairs in a timely manner. Very professional approach to the work and care for our home using blankets, etc. to protect the floors. Their fees were acceptable, and I would not hesitate to use them again., Or refer them to anyone for service. This was an awesome experience start to finish. If you need a repair done this is the company to use! My downdraft range wouldn’t heat to temp, I called a different company that was recommended to me and was told “you should get a new stove, the repair will be at least $800.” Since it would be $4k to replace my range I called easyfix. Rustam arrived the same day and diagnosed a broken element, fixed it and all is good. Not even close to $800 for the repair. Hope I won’t need him for awhile but will definitely be my first call when an appliance goes down again!

Our refrigerator was leaking water on our wood floors. I called Easy Fix and the repairman arrived at 2. The name of the company is true. He made it look like an easy fix. He had to take apart and remove the freezer drawer. He was so careful. Then he removed about 1/2” of ice from the bottom of the refrigerator and cleared the drain plug. Everything went back in place and all seems well. Rustam was polite and very knowledgeable and considerate of my home. I highly recommend this company.

I had been having problems with my refrigerator for months and then the freezer went out. I called several different companies and EasyFix was the first to respond. They were able to come that day and fix the freezer. The last few times I tried to get my refrigerator repaired, I was told to just replace it, but Rustam was able to repair it and save me a lot of money. A few days later, the refrigerator started making terrible noises. I called EasyFix again and they came back within a few hours of the call. First of all, it was nice to have a person answer instead of reaching an answering machine. From there I had a sincere conversation about what was I was experiencing with my refrigerator. I was allowed to send a video to perhaps curtail any issues that might be fixed without having to have a repair person come to my house (or the repair person would have a heads up on what I may need for parts ahead of time). Upon realizing that the problem could not be solved that way, I was able to have an appointment by the next morning. The repair person showed up a few minutes earlier than expected, but I was texted ahead of time with the heads up. I appreciate how much time was spent to defrost my freezer and diagnose the problem. I was given a quote on the spot, told follow up would happen as soon as parts arrived from Seattle. I was able to have a temporary solution until the parts arrived which completely quieted my refrigerator (which was pushing me over the edge with a very very very loud constant noise!). The silence was amazing, lol.
The service I received was kind, professional, efficient, and I witnessed nothing but diligent work and thorough communication.
Back from the office, the communication was even more spectacular with open conversation via text and a lot of gratitude for the business I was giving.
My part came as predicted within just a couple of days, I received prompt service on a Saturday, right on time, and repaired it was done efficiently since most of the prep work was done in the first visit.
The parts cost what parts cost, and the labor was extremely reasonable for the amount of time spent working on my refrigerator.
I was then promptly followed up with a text message from the “office” to ensure that everything was working great and I was happy with everything that happened.
Unlike many businesses, I was so impressed with the fact that I could get a hold of someone after business hours, whether it was for information or appointment setting.
I absolutely , positively recommend Easy Fix for refrigerator repair, and I would certainly call them for any other appliances that they work on.

The owner came out personally and was extremely professional. He even made sure he brought possible parts so he could fix in the spot and not make us wait. He explained costs in writing even while in-person. And, he even came earlier than planned (called ahead for okay) which was so helpful when our oven was out! The team was very helpful communicating with us at every stage.

I ordered an oven repair. It burned everything you put in there. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and said he would come tomorrow. I called several companies. They said that I need to wait 2-3 days. Then I found EasyFix company. The tech came the same day, made diagnostics for 30 min and gave the detailed estimate of the repair.
